ORDERING  

How do I login to my account?

On the top right corner of your screen, there is a link named "Login/Register". This is where you will login as a customer.  

How do I register as a new customer?

On the top right corner of your screen, there is a link named "Login/Register". This is where you will register as a new customer.  If you are a Trade Customer please complete all relevant details so our Customer Service team can appropriately process your account details.   

I have forgotten my password, can you help me?

At the Login/Register page there is a section called “Forgot Password".  Enter your email address here and click the “Send” button.  Your password will be sent to your email address  .

How do I place an order?

Placing an order with us is easy, Follow the simple 10 steps below:


  • Browse our website and add the items you wish to purchase. Enter the quantity and click “Add to Cart”.  
  • At anytime you can view your order by clicking “Shopping Cart”.
  • When you have finished shopping and reviewed your shopping cart, click “Checkout”.
  • Now login into your existing account or simply create a new account by registering.
  • Enter your Delivery Address (note – we also allow pick-ups from our Auburn Megastore).  
  • Now review your order and make payment by selecting your payment option.
  • If paying by Mastercard, Visa or Amex, then enter your credit card details.
  • If you select to pay via PayPal, we’ll send you to PayPal’s website to complete payment. Please note, the shipping address you've entered in our secure checkout will be used for your order - not the shipping address on your PayPal account.
  • If you select to pay via BPAY, we'll provide you with a BPAY biller code and reference number to pay via phone or internet banking. Payment is required within 5 weekdays. (Note – For the fastest possible delivery, we recommend payment via credit card or PayPal due to bank processing times).
  • Once your order has been approved, you will receive an email, with your Tax Invoice details.  


How do I get my Tax Invoice?

Once your order has been approved, you will receive an email, with your Tax Invoice details.  

How do I cancel my order once submitted?

If you have placed an order with us and now wish to change or cancel it, please call us immediately – (02) 9748 3999.  Our Customer Service team will assist you with the cancellation and refund.   Please note, most of our orders are packed and shipped within one working day.  

Can I place an order outside the country?

We only ship orders to Australian postal addresses.  You can place an order from a foreign country but you must select an Australian postal address.  

Can I order from you if I am under the age of 18?

If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a wide range of payment options – Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Paypal and BPAY.  
For the fastest possible delivery, we recommend payment via credit card or PayPal due to bank processing times.  

Do you have a retail store where I can view and purchase directly?
Yes.  You certainly can!

With over 1500sqm of floor space we offer an expansive range to our customers. Our Megastore not only houses over 11,000 products sold individually but also boasts a range of more than 150 brands…all under the one roof!  Come in and see our broad range covering 15 aisles. Our fully functional working kitchen means live cooking shows and regular cooking demonstrations.  Our Store team are waiting to greet you.

DELIVERY  

What if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?

If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier (Australia Post eParcel) will leave a card so you can pick-up your Product from your local Post Office.  

When will my order be shipped?

Hospitality Depot makes every effort to deliver your Product according to the estimated delivery times. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.



Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

Australia Post provides the following guidelines for the delivery of your order:


  • Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
  • Other NSW: 2-4 working days
  • Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide Metro: 2-4 working days
  • Other City and Regional Areas: 3-7 working days

 

PRODUCTS  

Is there a warranty with the product that I purchased?

Some Products sold by us are serviced and supported by the manufacturer or supplier in accordance with the warranty information provided on the listing.  Hospitality Depot recognises customers purchasing some products, require a high level of support therefore we would ask you to contact the manufacturer or supplier for trouble-shooting assistance. If the manufacturer or supplier is unable to assist, and the product is covered by a statutory warranty, Hospitality Depot will replace the item, issue a refund or otherwise provide a remedy.  

I just received my item, it is faulty/damaged, what should I do?
